Good design withstands the test of time and adapts to the users of a space. In a residential context, I believe good design can be the deciding factor in keeping seniors in their homes. Everyone deserves to reside in environments that promote physical and emotional well-being.

 

Just as we embrace aging as an ever-evolving journey, we should ensure our designs age well by making them adaptable and implementing aging-in-place design principles.
